Company Introduction

Zhongsheng Guojin (Daqing) Energy Technology Co., Ltd. settled in Xinglong Industrial Park (Professional Natural Gas Industrial Park) of Honggang Economic Development Zone in Daqing City in 2021. The "Daqing Honggang District Natural Gas Liquefaction Reserve Peak shaving Project" constructed by the company is located on the east side of Xinglong Street and the south side of Xingshi Road in the park, and is a key investment attraction project in Daqing City.

The total investment of the project is 450 million yuan, covering an area of 101095.41 square meters and a building area of 10806.15 square meters. The total capacity of the installation is 90 people, and the main project includes a daily processing of 1 million meters of natural gas 3 One set of purification device, with a daily processing capacity of 450000 meters of natural gas 3 CNG mother station, daily processing of 1 million meters of natural gas 3 A liquefaction device, a 10000 cubic meter LNG bimetallic full capacity tank, and supporting facilities such as gas supply pipelines and substations. The project started construction in December 2022 and is expected to be completed and put into operation in December 2023. As of now, a construction investment of 190 million yuan has been completed, including major equipment ordering and 70% civil engineering, 30% installation engineering, and project supporting work (project and engineering image progress, as shown in the attached figure).

The main process of this project adopts Siemens equipment. In addition to producing LNG and CNG, it fully leverages its technological advantages and adds natural gas helium extraction and carbon dioxide recovery devices. After the project is put into operation, it can drive the development of local industries such as transportation and logistics, mechanical maintenance, and commercial services, and has significant economic and social benefits.

1、 The company has obtained a gas supply support letter from the North Branch of PetroChina Natural Gas Sales, and has signed long-term natural gas supply agreements with Inner Mongolia Shengfeng Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd., downstream users such as Daqing Zhenglun Gas, Tuoda Gas, and Jilin Energy Group. The product sales channels are smooth. Among them, Shengfeng Energy Company is an urban pipeline gas and vehicle gas enterprise invested and operated by Mr. Guan Changjun, the actual controller of the company. It has 8 franchise rights for urban gas projects, 13 automobile refueling stations, and sells nearly 300000 cubic meters of natural gas per day.

2、 The company has applied for eight national patents based on the requirements of extracting helium gas and recycling carbon dioxide resources in the production process of liquefied natural gas. Among them, there are two invention patents (one is a helium separation device from the production process of liquefied natural gas, one is a pressure detection device for helium storage tanks), and six utility model patents (one is a device for extracting pure helium gas through BOG gas, one is a natural gas filter and dehydrator, one is a natural gas storage tank, one is a liquefied natural gas storage anti vibration buffer device, one is a fractionation tower for quickly extracting nitrogen gas, and one is an extraction device for quickly extracting carbon dioxide), forming a good technological support.

3、 The company adheres to the inherent requirements of "strategic development, excellent operation, and efficient management", sorts out organizational functions, improves department and position settings, and dynamically optimizes them.
